Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner Online GmbH. We do not use a content delivery network.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the server processes your IP address, the date and time, the requested URL and your browser's user agent. We do this to keep the website secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Log files are deleted after 14 days.

Quote inquiries

If you send an inquiry through the form, through our MCP interface for AI assistants or by phone, we store your details (company, name, email, country, optionally VAT ID, parts, optionally serial number and vehicle type, message) to prepare and send a quote and to perform a resulting contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We pass your data to the supplier only as far as needed to fulfil an order. We store inquiry data until the end of the business relationship and afterwards only as long as statutory retention periods require.

If you use an AI assistant, its provider processes your input under its own privacy policy. We only receive the data the assistant sends to our interface.

Notification of new inquiries

A notification service informs us of new inquiries. It receives no personal data, only the inquiry number, part numbers, quantity, condition, country, the source of the inquiry and a link to a protected view on our own server. Company, name, email and message of the inquiry are not included.

Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. It loads no external fonts and no third-party content. The fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To exercise your rights, write to info@maikengler.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
